Duo Penotti Bread

Ingredients

Flower 
Water
Yeast 
Sugar
Duo Penotti/nutella 
Egg

 

325 grams
236 gram
1 tsp
2 tbsp
200 gram
1

 

  1. Sift the flower into the bowl
  2. Add the sugar and the yeast to the flower and mix together
  3. Add the water and mix everthing for 7 minutes 
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowel and cover the bowl with plastic
  5. Put the dough in a warm place for an hour ( The dough has to be doubled size )
  6. Put flower on your work bench. Roll out the dough, make sure it is equally thick on all sides ( 15 by 20 cm )
  7. Let the chocolate melt in the microwave for 30 s. So you can spreading it much easier
  8.  Lubricate the chocolate and roll the dough 
  9. Now cut the roll in half, but keep on top still space left. Twist ends overtop each other, making sure to turn cut side toward the top
  10. Cover with foil and let it rest for 20 minutes
  11. Beat an egg and brush the surface of the bread with it
  12. Pre heat the oven to 350F
  13. Bake for 20 min
  14. Put the oven to 425 F and bake until lightly browned on top, 
  15. Let cool before serving
