Mushrooms with Butter and herbs

Ingredients

Panko breadcrumbs
Chestnut Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Unsalted Butter
Thyme
Garlic powder
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

1.5 tbsp

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Heat the olive oil in the pan and cook the mushrooms cap-side down ( 3 minutes )
  3. Put the mushrooms in a cooking dish with the stalks facing up wards
  4. Mix in a bowl the butter, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and seasoning
  5. Put on every mushroom some butter and panko
  6. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
